Escape to the pine hills of Montana! This is a secluded and end of the road property, located in the Bull Mountains with lots of trees and privacy. It is approximately 5.5 miles off the state highway, only 2.5 miles off the pavement. You would be 40 miles north of Billing. This area of Ponderosa Pine trees is a very secluded place with lots of Deer, Elk, Black bear, Turkeys, Bobcats, Mountain Lions and Coyotes that you would share the woods with. The land is accessed by a dirt road that is privately maintained... so 4x4 is recommended. It has access on two sides, both from Bobcat and Deer Lane. It is hilly terrain with some rock outcroppings and steep slopes, as well as some great elevated building sites. Part of the northern side of the property suffered a burn a few years back (see photos), but most of the trees were left intact. Last years fire barely touched it. Power is about a half mile to the south. It is partially fenced. A very seasonal drainage is on the south end.
